Shipping is FREE for all orders. 

However, it is now possible to speed up the delivery time by paying a fee of 4.99€ upon completion of the order.

If your item arrives at your home in bad condition and is unusable, please contact us immediately at support@mirajshop.com with proof of this. 

We will then offer you :

1) Either to return the product to us (return costs must be paid by you) for a full refund of the price of this item (delivery included) as soon as we receive proof of postage.

This way of proceeding aims to avoid any abuse, we count on your understanding!

2) Or the shipment of a new product entirely at our expense.
